There's two options you can use to find the best size. All you need is your pants size, sizes 00-40 are listed as options. Please refer to the size chart below, TAKE NOTE that these sizes may not reflect the same as other store size charts! Ultimately, if these sizes listed do not suit you please try the next option. Using measuring tape is the BEST way to get an accurate measurement! You can find a measuring tutorial on our IG page HERE. There is also an option that allows you to choose a Hi or Lo fit, hi fit is above or around the belly button and lo is below or around the hips. Lastly, if you know your desired measurements list them under the option provided when choosing your items.

The best way to know your exact measurements would be to use measuring tape.

All custom orders will normally take  7-12 days to process depending on the details of the request.

For all custom gold jewelry orders allow 3 - 4 weeks processing and 2-4 day shipping.

How to order CUstom ITems
Visit the custom made page and select between a single waistbead or waistbead set. Once you've chosen you'llhave the option to pick your own color combination then use  type-in box to detail the charms and gems you desire. If you have photos or "inspiration" use the live chat feature the chat with someone and confirm your desired needs. Note that Jaided DOES NOT copy others creations! By showing a photo simply gives an idea of what you like but Jaided will not create the depicted creation. Instead we will work with you to create something new but still within the lines of what you want.
Keep in mind the difference between "Create Your Own" and "Custom' options. Create your own allows you to choose from over 30 colors to make your own color combination set. Ordering a custom waistbead or set gives you the option to add your desired charms and gems along with choosing from over 30 colors.

What to do if your order isn't right

Did you recieve the wrong size? Are you missing something from your order? Please let us know within 3 days of the order being delivered along with the order number. Someone will be able to help as soon as possible. Please be ready to provide photos and details of your order.

What if my waistbeads snap?

If your waistbeads snap, quickly let us know with a picture of the damaged item! If it has been less then 1 week since the delivered purchase we will replace the item for FREE! All we ask is you return the defective waistbeads back to the given address once contacted.

How long will my gold jewelry last?

Jaided jewelry last the longest under proper care. Jaided jewelry is 14 & 18k gold plated created to be tarnish resistant and will maintain their look if properly taken care of. Solid gold products would be more expensive than the prices Jaided is able to offer while trying to balance quality and affordability.

Avoid putting any harsh chemicals directly on jewelry such as oils, sprays, perfume. 

The jewelry is also hypoallergenic, no nickel or leads. bleech!!

You can get the jewelry wet! However, we don't recommend prolonged exposure to chemicals like chlorine. We also suggest minimal wear during activities such as swimming or high intensity exercise.

If there is a problem with your purchase please contact us to discuss the issue. Our policy lasts 10 days from the delivered date. If 10 days have passed since the date received unfortunately we can't offer you a refund nor exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt from the post office confirming the item has been returned. Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
